Strength and Endurance Classes
T’ai Chi (low)
Regular practice of T’ai Chi Ch’uan allows you to develop coordination, strength and flexibility, reduce stress and promote inner strength. Beginners are welcome. Instructor is trained in T’ai Chi Ch’uan, 24 Form Yang Style.

Restorative Yoga (low)
A gentle yoga class perfect for beginners, seniors, and pre/post natal.

Yogalates
Yogalates is a fusion of the ancient discipline of yoga with the modern method of pilates. This is a mat-based class designed to develop core strength, tone muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.

Flow Yoga (med)
Yoga postures flow together with cardio pace. Designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance to facilitate all other training. Break through your plateau!

Flowing movements help improve posture, increase freedom of movement and reduce physical tension. Great for beginners, seasoned exercisers, or athletes.

Bosu
This Fun class combines cardio and strength training to improve power, strength and balance.

Spin n’ Abs (med)
Get your cardio in for the weekend. 45 minutes of cycling isn’t enough for you? Then join our first hour-long cycle class, followed by abdominal work and stretching.
Fee: $60

Group Indoor Cycling (med-high)
A fun 45-minute cardiovascular workout that allows you to adjust the intensity to your personal fitness level. All ages and abilities are welcome.
