Fitness Assessments
*Find your current level of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & flexibility. Recovery heart rate and body composition will also be evaluated. Call 720-652-4726 to make an appointment.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation:
*The Y’s Registered Dietitian, Kelly Leonard, is available for consultations. Purchase one or more sessions then choose your focus area. Examples include: nutrition for optimal health; weight management; meal planning; cooking skills; or peak athletic performance. Call 720-652-4726 to make an appointment.

Session Rate: $35 $50

Nutrition & Personal Training Package
*A sensible individualized approach to attaining and maintaining a healthy weight. This program includes six private sessions: 3 sessions with a nutritionist and 3 sessions with a personal trainer. Call 720-652-4726 for information.

Small Group Training
Sign up for ten sessions ($150) / Bonus: two free sessions ($30 value)
Classes meet for one hour, twice a week (class maximums: 5 students)
 
o       Gals on Weights (14 – Adult) – Learn basic strength/toning exercises in this fun class (beginner)
o       Guys on Weights (14 –Adult) – Basic weight training – increase strength & build muscle (beginner)
o       Fitness Challenge – Take it to the next level – cardio/strength combo class (med-high intensity)
o       Power Lifting – Proper techniques and principles for effective Power-Lifting (advanced)

Personal Training
