These classes are free, ongoing and require no registration for YMCA Facility Members.

All classes are held in the South Gym unless otherwise noted. Core Muscle Conditioning (low-med) Cardio Dance (low-med) Rise and Shine! (med) Family Boot Camp – A fun 45-min class that challenges every member of the family (5 yrs – adult)
Power Tone (med)
A challenging toning class working all muscle groups concluding with stretching. This class utilizes hand weights, bands and exercise ball. Step and Sculpt (med-high) Kickboxing (med-high) Cardio & Pump (med-high) Power Pump (high) High Energy (high)
Power your way through this fun mixed impact class. Includes a cardio workout plus body conditioning and toning.
